Q: What kind of printing do you do?

Many kinds! We offer screen printing, DTG (Direct to Garment), embroidery, transfer printing, and CAD cut vinyl. We also offer alternate versions of these techniques upon request (i.e. sublimation printing, discharge, metallic, etc). If none of this makes any sense, don't worry. All you really need to know is that we provide more printing techniques than most of our competitors, so whatever your design looks like, we have the perfect way to do it.

Question 1

Do you have minimum orders?

Our minimum order volume is currently £200 excl. VAT, exclusively for business & corporate clients. For requests for clothing brands and individuals we only work with bulk orders (100+), please contact the customer service team for more information. However, remember that the prices differ depending on quantity, type of garment and customization. It can often be more cost effective to have 50 t-shirts printed instead of 20.

Question 2

Do you provide samples?

On all orders (no exceptions!) we produce a virtual sample, prepared by our professional graphics team - together with all of your order details and for no extra charge! As for a physical sample, depending on the printing technique and type of artwork, they can either prove super simple, or quite the opposite, complicated and costly to produce. Upon request we will always try to create a physical sample but sometimes it is just not possible. If you want to find out more about producing a printed sample, our advisers are always ready to lend a listening ear to help you evaluate your options.

How do I get a quote?

Whatever way you decide to contact us, rest assured we'll get back to you quickly with a quote and loads of advice.

Can I provide my own garments?

Whilst we generally aren't able to provide a print only service, please enquire with one of our advisors for the possibility of printing only.

How long until I receive a quote?

Accepted Answer

We understand that you need answers and we're here to give them to you promptly. If you prefer to give us a phone call then one of our advisers can offer you advice, consultation and, ultimately, a quote immediately. If you fill out our online quote form or email us, then it shouldn't take longer than an hour until one of our advisers has addressed your needs and replied with some answers.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turn around time is 5 to 10 business days, but if that's not fast enough for you, in most cases we can provide an express service which involves a turn around time of 2 to 3 days (sometimes even sooner depending on your order details). If your stated deadline is within four days, our advice team will be in contact within minutes to discuss and advise you on your specific situation.

Question 7

Can you deliver my order at a specific time?

We wish we could, but unfortunately, it is not possible for us to guarantee a specific delivery time. But we can certainly place your order on a standard pre 12pm, pre 5pm, pre 10:30pm, ranging from Monday to Friday or Saturday delivery pre 12 pm.

Question 8

Do I have to be present to sign for the package?

Accepted Answer

Yes. To make sure your package arrives safely we use courier services in the UK and internationally such as UPS, FedEx, TNT, among others, which will always require a signature. Don't worry though, we'll inform you of the delivery date with plenty of time in advance so you can make the necessary arrangements. We also send an 'order dispatched' confirmation email the day before delivery.

What kind of printing do you do?

Many kinds! We offer screen printing, DTF (Direct to Film), DTG (Direct to Garment), and embroidery services. We also offer alternate versions of these techniques upon request (i.e. sublimation printing, discharge, metallic, etc). At higher quantities, we can produce overseas for fully custom cut and sew projects, or items that need special cutlines, seam construction, or intricate paneling details.
If none of this makes any sense, don't worry. All you really need to know is that we provide more printing techniques than most of our competitors, so whatever your design looks like, we have the perfect way to do it.

Do you supply blank garments?

Question 11

Where can I find such or such product in your catalogue?

Accepted Answer

We handpick all of our garments from the thousands of different options available. This means that from those options offered by our providers we also have access to tons of other bespoke products - like scarves, tea towels, bathrobes, workwear and even underwear - which we don't show in our catalogue because we like to address requests for these items in a more personalised manner. So, if you can't find the product you want, contact our advice team and let them try and find it for you.
