Our smallest production level starts at 20 items or values over £200 per order. The price per printed item remains the same up to 50 customised garments; such small quantities, unfortunately, do not lower the fixed costs of fabrication. For these small bulks, we recommend going with DTG printing because it’s faster and offers competitive pricing.
From 50 printed clothing items per order, we can start to reduce costs so your price per item drops. Our medium size volume batches stop at 250 customised garments. This range is ideal for DTG printing, any of our transfer printing methods, custom embroidery and screen printing with few colours.
Requests above 250 items and up to 1000 garments simplify the printing and customisation process so your overall price per unit is scaled down the more items you order. This range is especially cost-efficient and fit for screen printing techniques. Also, after 500 units, cut & sew and mixing techniques starts to be a viable option.
Considering more than 1000 items? Mass T-shirt printing volumes create even lower costs per screen printed garments and unlock the power of cheap T-shirt printing with a super competitive pricing for cut & sew production. Other printing methods hinder a cheaper cost per item. But we offer volume discounts so either way, you get more for your money.
We can keep the machines printing for you continuously, especially for retail or merchandise projects. Tell us your stock forecasts and order requirements and we will cater our facilities to print in continuous or scheduled batches. Like always, if you’re needing thousands of garments printed per year, we offer diverse bulk volume discounts and partnership agreements.
This alternative dynamically connects online stores and marketplaces to our facilities. Following your on-demand basis, we carry out your order using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and drop-ship your items to the end customer, one-by-one. It doesn’t matter if each print or garment is different, as long as the production average is over 500 units per month. Request a FREE account!

SEE ALL GARMENTSFrom promotional quality brands to top premium garments, our variety of apparel selection will suit your need for any occasion. Some of the brands we have available are Gildan, Russell, Stanley/Stella, Bella Canvas, Continental, Earth Positive, American Apparel, NakedShirt, AWDis, AWDis Ecologie, B&C, Anvil, Spiro, GameGear, Mantis, Fruit of the Loom and JASSZ, among others.
You may think the bigger your order is, the longer it takes to be produced and shipped to you. But this is not necessarily the case. We have a capacity for printing and customising thousands of garments per day, whatever the printing technique may be. Of course, large quantities (more than 5000 items) needing to be finished on a tight deadline may require us to split the production between more than one UK printing facility within our network of printing warehouses. Above all, we are recognized and trusted as a high-speed printing service.
The only factor that could affect timing is detailing the specific garments you require. However, our printing experts and account managers give you advice on the most available garments for your deadline and help you to select the perfect choice for your needs. That way nobody loses time, starting from the first moment we get in touch.
A couple of variables impact the differences in timing from one printing project to another. These specific factors tied are:
Once everything is set up, we always keep you up to date throughout each of the production stages timing forecasts.
You are free to choose from a wide variety of couriers and postal services throughout the United Kingdom, Europe and worldwide. Some of our trusted shipping partners are UKMail, DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, TNT and Addison Lee.
Since every order is different, delivery costs will vary.
Depending on the production volume the amount of spoilage varies. The larger the order is, the more items would be spoiled. Usually, for orders over 1000 units, our spoilage percentages are around 1% to up 3%.
With smaller orders (up to 100 items) our policy affirms that we account for the spoiled items and deliver you the full requested quantity. So, in the end, we will give you exactly what you asked for.
For larger orders, our team lets you know beforehand whether you should expect X% or Y% of spoilage with your order. This way you know how many extra items you need to order. In any case, as it is with any large industrial production projects, spoilage is a natural part of accounting forecasts.
For all other cases, our policy is as follows:
“We go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, the Company accepts returns and will refund the payment if and when customers are disappointed by the Company’s merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.
In the case that production has commenced and stock availability is limited for the initial selected product, the company reserves the right to upgrade products to the next best option in relation to colour and brand. This, however, does not constitute the right for a refund; in the case, the product is materially different than what was initially selected, the company will evaluate the potential of a reprint on a case by case scenario.”
Our samples policy depends on:
If your order is DTG printed and over 100 items, we can send you completed pre-production samples. With smaller DTG printed orders, we can also send you samples but we might request a payment to do so.
Sending you blank samples of your requested garments in order to check its quality and feel is also another possibility. But only if your final order volume is set to be more than 100 units.
In other cases, when printing or customising with another technique other than DTG, sampling is only available if your production quantity is set to be more than 1000 pcs. We do this because our other techniques require fabricating pre-production elements specifically for your designs like screen plates or embroidery digitalisation.
To solve this problem, our team works with you to create what we call, “visual proofs”. In essence, these are digitally created images that mockup your artwork(s) in the specific garments so you can see your final product. With it you can check garment style and sizes, colour contrasts and matching, as well as artwork sizing and placement. Our experience is that this method provides you with complete security and the satisfaction that what you are ordering is 100% in-line with what you will be receiving once your order is completed.
However, if you have any uncertainties, you can always discuss sampling needs with our printing experts and they will guide you through the process, if applicable.
There are always volume discounts. Depending on the printing technique and the type of garment selected, you can achieve great savings by printing in bulk. As a tip: the more you print, the better the savings!
Starting with 50 items per order, we can begin to apply some discounts. It is a matter of the printing and customisation technique as well as the garment you have requested. The best way to get cost reductions is to follow the recommendations of our printing experts as they will always look for the best value for your budget.
Depending on the specific brand and garment as well as the quantities needed, fulfilment time varies from 1 to 7 business days. Despite that, if we forecast more than 4 business days for this process, we will provide you with faster alternative options for your consideration and final decision.
