London, UK: The road to Brazil’s 2014 World Cup is starting to warm up as manufacturers like Nike, Puma and Adidas release the official kit that each national team will wear when trying to make (or further) their football history. Although World Cup home kits are already confirmed (Brazil, England, Argentina, Germany & Spain), it is still a little difficult to be 100% sure if some of the others will change before the start of the tournament in June, as collections from 2013-14 will be updated to the new 2014-15 season official kits. It is also true that away kits, prematch shirts, tracksuits and other garments are not available for most of the nations yet, but we can expect them to start popping up around the web in the coming months.
Whether the kits have been confirmed or not, we’ve taken a selection of the most beautiful 2014 World Cup kits for some of the big footballing national teams. Though Australia still appear to be deciding on their design with Nike, they have a great style and colour selection for the preview that we’ve found. France have kept their classic style while Argentina and The Netherlands have been more innovative with different shapes for their away kits. The rest don’t vary much at all (compare the Spanish and Russian Adidas kits, for instance) and seem to be just a simple evolution of the previous versions and very similar to one another.
The differences in design and style between the manufacturers are very noticeable. Which one is your favourite: Nike, Adidas or Puma?
Enjoy this compilation and start saving up for 2014 World Cup craziness to hit the stores!
